I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were a bit small but it was so convenient having direct access to the pool. They were immaculately clean with a well-laid-out design and a lovely balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Despite the forgetting of essentials and the open bathroom, the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, albeit compact. The service at the Reception/reservations desk was great with many choices available, either western or Asian, and they took control of my entry and other enquiries including keeping the bulk of our luggage. The location was ideal for visiting the landmarks of Singapore and just a walking distance to my meeting point, perfect for travelers wanting to explore Chinatown, Little India, Marina Bay, and enjoy the bustle of Clarke Quay in the evening. However, the dining experience was below expectations and not worth the cost; I found it better to have breakfast elsewhere. Despite this, the hotel's facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
